Getting Started with Salelift

Salelift is a powerful Shopify app that helps you create strategic offers to increase sales, improve customer experience, and boost conversions on your store.

Installation

Installing from the Shopify App Store

  1. Visit the Salelift app page in the Shopify App Store
  2. Click the "Add app" button to begin installation
  3. You'll be directed to an installation screen with required permissions:
    • View personal data (customers, store owner)
    • View and edit store data (products, orders, discounts, Online Store)
  4. Click "Install" to complete the installation

Initial Setup

After installation, you'll be directed to the Salelift dashboard. The app follows a simple onboarding process:

  1. Add your first offer
  2. Configure placement settings
  3. Place your offer on a page

Creating Your First Offer

  1. Navigate to the "Add Offer" section
  2. Fill in the following details:
    • Title: Give your offer a descriptive name
    • Products: Select the products to include in your offer
    • Placement: Choose where to display your offer (Product page, Cart, Checkout, Post-purchase, or Thank You page)

Offer Types and Placement

Salelift lets you create various types of offers that can be displayed at different points in the customer journey:

  • Product Page Offers: Display related products or bundles on specific product pages
  • Cart Offers: Show additional products or promotions in the cart
  • Checkout Offers: Present last-minute deals during checkout
  • Post-Purchase Offers: Display offers after purchase completion
  • Thank You Page Offers: Show promotions on the order confirmation page

For each page type, you can configure display rules that determine which offers are shown:

  • Most recent offer: Shows the most recently created offer
  • Custom rules: Configure specific display conditions for your offers

Analytics

Salelift provides comprehensive analytics to track the performance of your offers:

  • Total views
  • Add to carts
  • Total purchases
  • Total revenue
  • Conversion rate
  • Average order value

Use these metrics to assess the effectiveness of your offers and optimize your strategy accordingly.

Settings Configuration

In the Settings section, you can configure global settings for your store's product page offer display and AI-powered optimizations. These settings provide default behaviors that can be overridden on individual pages as needed.
